Your UV is stretched alot because you didn't correct the ratio between the length and width in your UV texture.. Also, I would personally have prefered to put the "tape" layer on top of the others, since it is the last item placed on the box irl. Thanks for sharing;)

Sooooo what do I do with it now? lol, for example, I wanna now import this textured box into Unity to use as a rigidbody object, with texture included

great tutorial at 10:25 uncheck the option auto select at the top, it will then only select the layer you are working on, turning that on will select all the layers on the particular project

Great! Just the kind of video I needed to get back into 3D after a long time with only 2D work. Your "full workflow" videos with texturing, UV etc are the best!

You can hold CTRL while dragging Bevel Fraction to change it more precisely, in smaller steps.

Game engine usually triangulate for you. When modelling either make tris or quad's. Depends on your asset's topology but either will do in most cases.These make up a polygon. You don't want anything higher like 5 or more. Those are ngons.
