Daniel, What metering mode did you use when shooting such a dynamic range? Do you use matrix / or spot metering.? If so what was your selection point.?

Hi, Beautiful dramatization of the model. The lighting has dramatized her expressions completely. Nice. But, just one question. I feel that it is important to relate the model's expression (mood) and the lighting ! I just felt it. Wanted to share.

Great shots but would a small light on the background make her pop out from the background??
Sure, a light with a grid might add a bit of separation without killing the black.

Bob Rob your right, not the best lighting in the world for fashion. This video should not have made it on this channel.

Billy Tz Agreed. Wouldn't call this high fashion, more like just a portrait session. High Fashion showcases the clothing rather than the model, and in these, half of the dress falls to shadow. Since this is a portfolio for the model I get that she needs to be featured, but this isn't indicative of what she'd be shooting for a fashion mag.

I like the black material on the floor to eat up the light idea.
