Simple RCD(ELCB) Trip Tester

03:30
This device tests the integrity of the ELCB. An Earth-leakage circuit breaker (ELCB) is a safety device used in electrical installations with high Earth impedance to prevent shock. It detects small stray voltages on the metal enclosures of electrical equipment, and interrupts the circuit if a dangerous voltage is detected. Once widely used, more recent installations instead use residual current circuit breakers which instead detect leakage current directly.

Top 10 Accessories you Should Have on a Long Motorcycle Trip

06:05
What you must have on a long motorcycle trip? Motorcycle touring. Hello Riders, if you still wondering what to take with you, what are the necessary items that you going to need, you came to the right place. In this video I am going to talk about the top 10 accessories you should have on a motorcycle trip. 1. Tank bag Many riders don’t have it, but for me, this is the most useful bag you can have on a trip. Inside I keep only the important things. Usually the staff which I use all the time like my GPS, camera, maps and some cables. Some of my friends said that they don’t need it, because they have top case. That’s ok, but on the long trip, especially if you have some rough terrains or off road, the top case could cause you many problems. From unexpected shakings and vibrations to bended or even broken subframe. 2. Heated grips About it I am sure that that everybody will agree with me. Once you have it will be difficult to travel without it in the future. Yes, if you live in a hot area is different story, but if you have plans to ride the world, you will definitely need it. 3. 12 V mini USB socket This small items usually cost nothing, compare to the rest of the accessories, but they are very important to keep your electronic devices working. There are thousands of models on the market, the brand or the shape it doesn’t really matter, whatever you like. I will recommend to have at least two in your luggage. They weight nothing, but it’s easy to forget or lose it. 4. Bluetooth Well, to have this device it’s such a pleasure. I never really connect my phone or lessen radio, but it’s priceless for communication with your riding friend or pylon. When you have your Bluetooth it’s like a whole new world. The only problem with these devices is that you get addicted it will be very hard to travel without after that. 5. Volt meter I highly recommend having one of these. It will give you the chance constantly to monitoring the condition of your alternator and battery. In the case of possible fails you will know it earlier and you could prevent it. 6. Thermometer When you travel with motorcycle, the weather is something very important. When you have it on your bike, you will know what clothes you need in the curtain temperature. For example under 18 degrees you need to have your warm linings. Above 25, you need to take off the long sleeves and many like that. Two degrees up or down make a huge difference in your riding comfort. 7. Pin lock This basically its anti-fog lens, attached inside of your visor. If your helmet have it great, if not you can by universal and mounted. Riding with a fogged up helmet visor can be really annoying and dangerous. You will understand it first time when you have to ride on cold days or in the rain. Get one of these and you will never regret. 8. Camel back When you ride motorcycle, your body consume double more water. It’s very important to drink enough, especially if it’s hot. Some of you will disagree and will say that simple bottle will be the same, but it’s not really like that. With camel bag you will have water all the time and this will give you possibility to drink water even while you ride. With bottle it’s different story. Sometimes, you have ride many hours without stopping, traffic, bad weather, not proper place to stop or many similar circumstances. It’s very easy to dehydrate yourself without even notice it. 9. Air compressor or pump. As you know sometimes the shit just happens. Air compressor or just simple pump could safe your ass in many situations. Always keep one with you. You don’t need to learn it the hard way. 10. Visor cleaner When you are a long ride, especially I the summer you smash a lot of flies and mosquitoes with your helmet. Theoretically you can clean your visor with anything, even with water. That’s right, but sometimes I skip it because I don’t have water at the moment. The visor cleaner has alcohol in and clean much better. It’s usually comes in small bottles and you can keep it even in your pocket. Earth Leakage Trip...Here's what to do. (RCD)

08:18
This is a short video to show you what to do when the Earth leakage in your house trips. This could safe you some money as I get called out allot only to find that it is an appliance or lead that is causing the earth leakage to trip. Step 1: Remove all plugs and adapters from sockets. Step 2: Try and find one breaker that's causing the earth leakage tripping Step 3: Remove the wires from the earth leakage unit to test that it's working like it should. Step 4: Remove the neutral wire one at a time and test after each wire is removed. This will narrow down the particular circuit causing the tripping. Electricity is dangerous. BE VERY CAREFUL Not all countries have earth leakages. Some are still using fuses which South Africa moved away from some 30years+ ago.

How to chek RCCB/ELCB trip in hindi।। electric safety।।ट्रिप कैसे कराये

02:23
#safety Purpose of RCCB/ELCB Residual Current Circuit Breakers are aimed at protecting an individual from the risks of electrical shocks, electrocution and fires that are caused due to faulty wiring or earth faults. RCCB is particularly useful in situations where there is a sudden earth fault occurring in the circuit. e.g. A person accidentally comes in contact with an open live wire in the circuit. In such situation, in absence of an RCCB in the circuit, an earth fault may occur and the person is at the risk of receiving an electrical shock. However, if the same circuit is protected with RCCB, it will trip the circuit in fraction of a second thus preventing the person from receiving an electrical shock. Therefore, it is a good and safe practice to install RCCB in your electrical circuit. हमेशा rccb और elcb को टेस्ट करते रहना चाहिए ताकि सुरक्षा बनी रहे।।

Visit The Netherlands - What to Know Before You Visit The Netherlands

12:12
Read the Blog for More Information on The Netherlands: https://woltersworld.com/all-the-little-things-to-know-before-you-visit-the-netherlands/ Heading to The Netherlands & Not Sure What to Expect? Well here we go through the top things that tourists should know when they visit The Netherlands. 1. It is The Netherlands, Not Holland. Holland is the name of two counties in The Netherlands. 2. The language of The Netherlands is Dutch, but as a tourist you really do not need to know any Dutch as the Dutch speak English extremely well throughout the country. 3. The Euro is the currency in The Netherlands and you can find ATMs all over the country. Credit cards are widely accepted as well. 4. The Netherlands is a small country with a very well developed transportation network. Therefore you can easily take trains all over the country in a fast and efficient way. Make sure you tap in and out with your tickets as you enter your platforms. 5. Biking is a very popular pastime and way to get around Dutch cities. There are a number of bike rental agencies throughout The Netherlands. Look for one near a train station and rent a bike for the day to explore, or sign up for one of the numerous bike tours around the country. 6. The Netherlands is rather safe for tourists. Do take care with pickpockets and extremely aggressive beggars in Amsterdam's more popular areas. The bike line is for bikes only so watch out unless you want to get hit by a bike and yelled at by a local. 7. Drugs bring a lot of tourists to Amsterdam and the Dutch/German border. If you are going to The Netherlands to experiment with soft drugs make sure you go to a "Coffee House" they have menus and trained personnel that can help travelers. We do not recommend you do drugs and highly discourage travelers from doing this. However, we do know a number of tourists do go there for that. So please be safe, and speak with the coffee shop attendant about your previous experiences so they can help you. 9. The best things about the Netherlands are the quaint cities and towns like Haarlem, Leiden, Groningen, as well as the larger cities of Amsterdam and Rotterdam. The architecture and museums throughout the country really are outstanding. And yes you will see quite a few windmills as you explore The Netherlands. 10. The food is hearty in The Netherlands, make sure you try a bitter ballen or a traditional pancake or herring from one of the stalls. The market and food halls have tons of great treats for travelers. There are numerous international restaurants all over The Netherlands as well. 11. The Netherlands is not a cheap place to visit, however the prices are on par with the US & other major European destinations. Amsterdam accomodation will be your biggest expense. Therefore you may want to stay outside of Amsterdam to have a cheaper and more Dutch experience. Circuit Breaker Trip

01:28
https://finanhomeservice.com/electrical/ Your electrical panel is the heart of your home's electrical system. Power comes in from the utility lines outside, and then it's distributed throughout your home by passing through the circuit breakers. When a circuit breaker trips, it's acting as a safety device to protect your electrical panel from an electrical overload. Electrical overloads could cause damage to appliances, and ultimately result in a fire. What creates an electrical overload? Well, the most likely reason is that you have too much plugged in to one outlet. If a circuit breaker trips, try to reset it by turning it to the Off position, and then back to the On position. Do this only once. This is important. Don't keep resetting a circuit breaker. If it trips again, it's trying to tell you there's a problem with that line and it needs to be fixed. In rare circumstances, a circuit breaker will malfunction and not trip immediately or at all. Warning signs include warm outlets, a buzzing sound from your electrical panel, flickering lights, or even a burning smell. Call a licensed electrician immediately, as a fire is a possibility. If you have questions about tripping circuits, or would like to schedule an appointment, give us a call. We'll be happy to help you out.

Make Lichtenberg wood art safely. (Edited by request.)

21:15
Comments are momentarily disabled on this video. On the basis that people have died while using microwave oven transformers to burn patterns into wood, I thought it would be a good idea to show an alternative power source for making these images without the HUGE risks associated with microwave oven transformers. The concept behind making these images is that the surface of wood is moistened with salty water that forms a conductive layer. A high voltage is then applied across the wood and as the current flows it first heats the moist surface causing the water to evaporate and then a conductive carbonised track will follow the retreating moisture, burning a very random and fractal-like lightning pattern across the wood. One of the easiest high voltage transformers to find is the one used in microwave ovens, but what many of the articles and videos on the Internet fail to mention is the HUGE hazards associated with these transformers. They put out high voltage, but more importantly HIGH CURRENT and pose a huge risk of instant fatal electrocution by forcing high current through your body, potentially disrupting your hearts synchronisation. The hazard is increased greatly by the ability of the high voltage to create current paths across materials you might normally consider as insulated, particularly in this technique where conductive liquid gets splashed everywhere. I do NOT recommend using microwave oven transformers outside of a fully grounded and safety interlocked enclosure. The use of lower current neon sign transformers is still capable of delivering a significant shock, but by default they are current limited and pose much less of a fatality risk. The lower current also creates a slower and more detailed result without blowing big chunks out of your creation like a higher current transformer will. It's harder to get traditional neon transformers these days due to the higher use of LED lighting technology in signs. If you ask at a local sign shop they may be able to sell you either a new or old one. Note that modern units have safety circuitry built in to cut power to a sign if it starts arcing or goes open circuit. This type is not really suited to the wood burning as it will trip out. Some electronic neon transformers are also very fickle and may fail when used in non-neon applications. The popular F.A.R.T (yes really) transformers tend to have removable electronic modules in them that allow them to be used as a simple transformer. You could also try eBay for a traditional core and coil neon transformer. Oh, and one last thing.... Do not use microwave oven transformers. I just thought I'd mention that again. EASY SCIENCE EXPERIMENTS Oil and water just don't mix but they do provide for some amazing hands-on science! There’s something very important about oil and water that you probably already know: oil doesn’t mix with water! That explains why oil spills on the ocean float on the surface and why throwing water on a grease fire is just going to make everything worse. Since you realize that oil and water don’t mix and never will (without some chemical help), let’s have some fun with how they repel each other! NOTE: Before you do this, make sure you’re working in the large tub. This effect is dramatic but the science you demonstrate can get lost in the mess you’ll be making! Set one of the identical containers in the tub. Fill the container to the brim with vegetable oil. In an identical second container also in the tub, add several drops of food coloring. The color choice is completely up to you. Fill the container to the brim with water. Set the playing card over the mouth of the container filled with vegetable oil. Hold it firmly in place. Lift the oil container, turn it upside-down, and line it up directly over the water-filled container. Set the oil in place over the container holding the water. Keep the card between the containers to let the liquids settle. Slowly and gently remove the playing card. What happens? The oil and water remain in their respective upper and lower containers. Now, repeat the process. (Basically, this means start over completely.) This time, turn the water container upside down and place it on top of the oil-filled container. Carefully remove the card and watch what happens. The water and oil trade places! If you wait long enough, it will look almost exactly opposite of how it started, too. First of all, you confirmed what you already knew… oil and water do not mix. The molecules of water can’t mix with the molecules of oil. Even if you try to shake up a bottle of half-oil and half-water, the oil just breaks up into smaller droplets, but it doesn’t truly mix with the water. Also, food coloring only mixes with water. It does not color the oil at all. If you see coloring in the oil, those are tiny droplets of water trapped in the oil. When you set the water container above the oil container and remove the card, the water sinks and the oil floats. They trade places! Oil floats on the surface because water is heavier than oil. Scientists say that water is denser than oil. This is why the oil always stays in the top container! Slow RCD trip

00:09
Here is a good example of why it is important to test your Residual Current Safety Devices every three months using the test button. RCD's save lives. However they can become faulty and not function as they should. When working correctly they should turn off the power in under 40 milliseconds, here it took approximately 3 seconds. This puts people's lives at serious risk. Please test safety switches in your home or investment property and get a qualified electrician to make any repairs. For more accurate testing and safety compliance reports please call Mancini Electrical on 0415534398.
Visit Italy - The DON'Ts of Visiting Italy

Read the Blog on What Tourists Should Not Do When They Visit Italy: https://woltersworld.com/12-things-tourists-should-not-do-when-they-visit-italy/ GRAB A WOLTERS WORLD SHIRT http://www.woltersworld.com/shop What You Shouldn't Do When You Are in Italy Visiting Italy is an amazing experience whether you are seeing the Roman ruins throughout the country in places like Rome or Naples, but for all the amazing things you should do in Italy (visit Venice, Florence, Rome, Ravenna, Amalfi Coast, eat until you explode) there are things you DON'T DO when you come to Italy & Here are our 12 things NOT TO DO in Italy when you are traveling Italy. Filmed in Vicenza, Italy Copyright Mark Wolters 2016 The Don'ts of Italy 1. Don't expect to get discount prices on fancy Italian luxury brands. 2. Don't eat near tourist sights. You will be ripped off and not get as good of Italian food as you would away from the tourist sights. 3. Don't Tip. They already charge you for service. 4. You Don't have to scream louder to get people to understand you. 5. Don't worry about overdressing, the Italians will always look better than you. 6. Don't just visit Rome and Venice, there is so much more to Italy. 7. Don't share your pizza and make sure you do eat it with your fork and knife. 8. Don't use the fast trains for short distances, they are not worth the significantly higher prices. 9. Don't expect to see spaghetti and meatballs on the menu TOGETHER. They will be there separately, but not together. 10. Don't expect a big breakfast in Italy. Just coffee and a cookie. 11. Don't overpack. You will be limited on space when traveling in Italy so pack accordingly. 12. Don't expect to be served food in a restaurant between 3pm and 7pm. 10 Things That Will SHOCK You About Visiting Italy https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZGhlkXw10Z0 10 Things That Will SHOCK You About Visiting The USA https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=89aEoIjzupk 10 Things That Will SHOCK You About Germany https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tyHi2FESIVo USA Today & 10Best's #1 Independent Travel Videographer 2014 FlipKey by TripAdvisor Top 10 Travel Bloggers 2014 Grab Wolters World Merchandise & Travel Gear at http://www.woltersworld.com/shop Our Gear: Sony Alpha 6000: Our favorite camera for vlogging. 9 Things You HAVE TO DO the Night Before You Travel BESIDES PACK

08:32
Packing? Dog Sitter? What Do You Need Get Done the Night Before You Travel So You Can Have the Smoothest Travel Day Possible? Here we go through 9 things (besides packing) that travelers should do the night before they leave so that the day they leave and the day they come back from their vacations are not stress inducing times. These are things that Jocelyn and Mark do before they travel to make things easier. Filmed in Amboise, France Copyright Mark Wolters 2018 Support Us: https://www.patreon.com/woltersworld What To Do 1. Stop the Mail and the Newspaper (if you are still getting the newspaper) and have someone cut your grass while you are gone. 2. Let a Trusted AND Liked Neighbor Know You Are Leaving: They can check on the house and deal with any issues while you are away. Maybe give them a key as well in case any incidents occur. 3. Get a Manicure and Especially a Pedicure: with all the walking you do while you travel or even if you are just sitting on the beach having your feet cleaned up before you go can make traveling so much better. 4. Set Your Light Timers: timers can help make it appear that someone is at your home even though you are gone in Cancun. However, trying to figure out how they work the morning you are traveling is a lost cause, so try to get that done the night before. 5. Get The Garbage Out & Ask Your Friend to Take It Out: Do you really want to have to air out your house from the smell of rotten food when you get home? 6. Clean Your House or at Least Pick It Up: this will make returning from your trip much more relaxing. Coming home with two weeks of laundry and then having to put it with the other two weeks of laundry that are still sitting there really is not a way to start your day back home. 7. Clean Sheet Day: Wash your sheets so when you come home from your trip and all those hotel beds you can come home to your bed with clean sheets, I mean who doesn't LOVE clean sheet day? 8. Call Your Bank, Credit Card Companies and Mobile Phone Provider: let them know you will be gone and get a data package for your phone, also so your credit cards and debit cards will work while you travel. How To Keep Your House Safe While You Travel https://youtu.be/WiyduJ3xH2A 9. Have Your Clothes, Passport, Wallet, Purse & Tickets Ready to Go: the day you travel things get even crazier, so having those clothes out and other important things make it less hair raising of a travel morning.
