In particular, how to give a presentation about shampoo. Giving a presentation about a product is an important thing to know how to do because you are likely to use this skill when also talking about yourself or your ideas. The key thing to remember is that you have to focus on benefits to your target audience and not only on the features of the product. For example, if it’s shampoo that doesn’t make you cry, then that is a feature. The benefit is that if you’re a parent, it will be much more comfortable for your child if the shampoo doesn’t sting his or her eyes. (Of course, that no tears shampoo is actually pretty nasty so it’s best to avoid it, but anyway.) The first page is a cover letter where you can write about your business. Some things to include is how many accounts you have. The next paragraph is a value proposition, this example is for safety which would be great for manufacturing, distribution maybe even medical janitorial accounts. Free online janitorial bidding calculator http://methodcleanbiz.com/janitorial-bid-calculator/ Next page create a price page listing the cost for janitorial services on a monthly and annual basis. List the day porter hours and nightly days/hours if possible. Below is the specialty cleaning section including carpet cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, floor stripping and waxing or restroom steam cleaning. Make sure to list what is included on what rotation and what is an extra charge. Building cleaning frequency and tasks is the next page, I think a table is better but this is just an example. List all the main areas to be cleaned in the office and on what frequency the tasks will be completed. Private offices, common areas, lobby, restrooms and break rooms are the basics. Don’t forget who provides the restroom supplies the cleaning contractor or building owner. Safety is a priority in certain industries, not all but some. Add the commercial cleaning safety rules and janitorial safety program for your technicians and cleaners. What is the rotation for safety meetings, what are the rules, how often do employees sign off. Some subjects might be : - Proper footwear and clothing shall be worn at all times. -All employees will wear, as required; the personal protective equipment assigned to them and maintains it in a sanitary condition. Company safety booklet is another good one. Next page of the janitorial proposal will be the hiring process, how you recruit train and supervise the commercial cleaning staff. Outline your uniform policy and if ID badges are required. An important part of commercial cleaning is creating a process or system to clean individual desks. One good idea is create a flyer or rack card to leave on employees desks and ask them to remove all personal items if they want their work space to be cleaned or sanitized. How often will you be inspecting this is a sample weekly cleaning inspection but obviously in larger buildings a daily inspection will be required. Outline what is going to be inspected and on what rotation. Cover a janitorial training checklist for cleaners, how you train staff, what tasks and for how long until they work independently. Lastly cover equipment capabilities and cleaning solutions being used at commercial buildings. Write in the proposal any specialty cleaning equipment that needs to be added to the job, especially any large investments or specific problems you will solve. What cleaning solutions you will be using especially if the client requires green cleaning detergents or you specialize in it. This is a good time to let them know about any unique capabilities you have. Don’t forget a client testimonial from a current commercial cleaning account, case studies or client testimonials are very, very effective. Any time you can make a connection with a similar industry, geographic area or association can make a big impact.

7 Killer Sales Questions

As business owners, we love doing the things we're great at - you know, serving clients and such. Then sometimes, we have to throw on our 'salesman' hat and sell our stuff...which isn't always our strong suit. What you want: make the sale What you fear: being salesy, pushy, creepy, annoying, etc. So how do you eliminate the awkward part and get on with your money-making mojo? I'll show you... Here are 7 of my favorite questions that dig deep, uncover your prospect's real priorities, overcome objections, and get the sale. Minus the awkward. The first is a great question if the first question you’re getting right now is, “How much do you charge?” Often times it means that people don’t know what else to ask- they may not know what they don’t know. This first question you can ask will help put you back in the drivers’ seat of the sales conversation. “Sure, I can help you with that. Is it ok if I ask you a couple questions so I can give you the most accurate information?” Now you’ve taken control, and have an opportunity to ask them some really good questions, pull out some priorities other than price. There are always other buying considerations other than price and this gives you a chance to find out what those are for that prospect. It also gives you a chance to articulate your value, to say some things that set you apart so that once you do get to the price question they know all the other factors that are important to consider when making this buying decision. Here’s the second question: “Tell me more about that?” That’s a super simple one and a good fall-back question. Always keep it in your back pocket if you’re at a loss of what to say next. Ask them to expand on that, and they will. You can take a deeper cut, and sometimes find out what their real fears, concerns, and frustrations are. Here’s the next question: “So how do you want ___ to be different by [time frame]?” The first blank is for the main benefit you offer, and the second is for the time frame is reasonable to expect a result for what you offer. So if you sell marketing services, you can say, “So how do you want your lead flow to be different 12 months from now?” Now you can find out what’s really important to the client and shift from selling on price or features you offer to selling on the benefit that they’re after. Here’s the next question: “Suppose we were having this conversation x months from now, looking back, what would have to have happened for you to feel really happy with ___?” This one is similar to the last, but takes it from a different angle. The first blank is the time frame and the second is the benefit of what you offer. If I were asking this, I would say something like, “Let’s say we’re sitting together 12 months from now, what would have to have happened in your business in order for you to feel really happy with your progress?” So it gets them to tell you what their priorities are. Here’s the next question: “What factors other than price are important for you to consider when making this decision?” This is a great question to overcome the price objection, as obviously price is a consideration, but it’s not the only one. So if you’re getting the price objection further on in the sales conversation, this one is a great one to ask. Here’s the sixth question: “How does that fit with what you had in mind?” This is one to ask when you’re moving toward the closing and it’s about time for the prospect to make a decision, or you’ve just presented your price, proposal, or solution you offer. It’s super soft – not pushy, not salesy, and gives the prospect time to think and bring up any objections or areas of concerns that you haven’t addressed yet before you go in for the sale. It’s a very comfortable closing question. The last question is along the same lines when it comes to closing. “So what do you think we should do from here?” Another very simple, low-pressure question that allows the prospect to tell you exactly what they want to happen next, or allows you to overcome any objections before offering the solution. How I Got Instagram Influencers To Promote My Products For FREE

It’s effective, it’s fast, it’s easy and even today it’s still one of the most underpriced ways to drive sales to your business. But if you’re just starting out or just want to test a product, $300-$500 can still be a lot of money to spend up front. When you think of an Instagram influencer you think of somebody with a massive page with millions of followers and it’s probably their full-time job. But what if I told you smaller users with 10-20 thousand followers could be just as, if not more effective and they’ll promote your website for FREE? I call it “Micro-Influencer Marketing” What you’re going to do is contact smaller influencers with 5k-10k followers and offer them a commission for each product they sell through their custom link in exchange for sharing it on their profile. Why does this convert so well? Keep in mind that people in this range probably aren’t making much from their pages and some aren’t even in the game to make money at all. So proposing a way to make some extra cash from their passion is a pretty tempting offer. 🎧 Music: Wide Awake (Instrumental) by Davis Absolute STEP 1 - SET UP YOUR AFFILIATE PROGRAM ⚙️ There are multiple great apps for setting up an affiliate program in Shopify, but the one we’ll be using is free and effective. 👉Affiliate by AAAwebtore App 1. Install the app in your store 2. Setup your affiliate commission rates 3. Customize your automatic emails 4. Grab your affiliate signup link. 5. Add signup link to your store navigation STEP 2 START COLLECTING A LIST OF MICRO-INFLUENCERS 👩‍💻 You can either do this by hand on your phone and enter the details into a spreadsheet, or use a free tool like Deep Social to do the work for you. 👉 Deep Social 👉 Grin (Another Influencer Search Tool) Remember, you’re looking for people in your niche with 5,000 - 10,000 followers. You can either enter this information into a Deep Social search or do it manually on your phone. To start finding smaller profiles, simply go to one of the bigger influencers in your niche and keep clicking the down arrow (🔽) until you see what you’re looking for. STEP 3 - CONTACT YOUR NEW LIST OF INFLUENCERS ✉️ Once you have a list collected it’s time to start recruiting these people into your affiliate program. The way you're going to do this is by sending out what's called a "mail merge" to everybody on your list. Mail merges are a great way to send mass amounts of personalized cold emails all at once and can save you hours of work. You can use a professional tool like YesWare that is loaded with additional features for follow-ups, link tracking etc, but you can also use a basic free plugin like the one I'll link below to get started. 👉 Mail Merge With Attachments (Google Sheets App) 👉 YesWare 👉 SalesHandy (Another great cold email tool) Below is the email template I used in the video. It’s simple to the point and I’ve gotten some good results with it. Just replace everything in brackets with your own information. Just format your sheet to match the templates they give you, run a test and send them on their way. You can also copy a similar message to the one pasted below and DM people right on Instagram, but you’ll need to switch up the wording each time to avoid getting banned and it’s might become hard to keep track of who you’ve already contacted. When I discuss my ghostwriting & bestseller engineering process with potential clients and we come to the place where cost is what prohibits us from moving forward I offer some coaching on how you can get someone else to pay to ghostwrite and publish your book while still keeping all of your rights and royalties. This morning, after discussing this strategy with 3 prospects, I decided to make this quick 10 minute video to share this information with you. After gathering some facts, call the sponsor and tell them you saw them in the magazine. Tell them you are writing a book (or that you have hired a professional ghostwriter) and a bestseller engineer and that you'd love to offer them exclusive product placement in the book. It is highly credible to be mentioned in a book. People throw away magazines all of the time, they discard business cards, fliers and brochures all of the time - but people keep books. A single-page ad in a magazine can cost $15,000 or more. You are offering them lifetime placement in a published work which is professionally written and guaranteed to be a bestseller. They get the endorsement value and in comparison to traditional advertising, they are underwriting book publication which is for life. Their brand awareness will increase and in a very credible way. When presented in this way, what you are offering is relatively inexpensive in terms of their overall marketing budget. You can decide if you want to have several sponsors or if you wish to offer exclusivity, but even if you do offer exclusivity, it can be in the form of their business, product or service. For example, a travel book may have a travel agency, a hotel chain and a rental car company. None of these are in direct competition and they are each exclusive to what they offer, yet there are three sponsors. Another way to do this is offer them "free" placement within the book but they must agree to buy a certain amount of copies at retail which they can use for their marketing. If your book will sell at $15, have them commit to buy 100 copies and you have $1200 ($1500 less your printing $ shipping cost). You can add them to the resources, interview them, mention them as your preferred source - the possibilities are limitless and can be customized to both your and your sponsors' objectives. The goal of course, is to get your book written and your message out to the world. You gain the obvious author credibility but your sponsor also gains by the prestige that they get from being highlighted or featured in your book. Don't let money stop you from making the decision to get your book out there. Instead get creative and pumped on how you can build momentum and accountability by recruiting some awesome sponsors who'll be on your team to make your book happen! Step 2 of how to pitch your business in 60 seconds The solution Ideally, you want to try and tell a story relating to your business. You won’t find another accountant with the same story and the passion you tell it with will engage anyone listening.
