How to Come Up With a Business Name - Best Company Names

05:00
In this video, I’ll show you how to How to Come Up With a Business Name and the Best Company Names for your brand. So, if you have been wondering, “how to come up with a company name” then the startup name generator and random company name generator that I use will help you with creative business names. Also, deciding between your name and your company name for your business can be hard, so how to come up with a brand name has been broken down into three easy steps for how to name your business. ★☆★ DOWNLOAD HERE ★☆★ THE ONE HOUR STARTUP CHECKLIST http://bit.ly/bbStartUpCk STEP #1 — Brainstorm and create. The key is to be clear about what you want and where you are going. Think long-term. Start out by choosing three keywords, your content, product or services center around. What are your brand and influencers using? Research and study your mentors, and competition. These are all great indicators of maybe some names that you could come up with or play off of. Also, make sure that your name is something memorable, that people are going to remember you by and it’s easily searchable in search engines. If it’s a crazy name or has some kind of crazy spelling it’s going to be hard for people to find you. I’ve learned that just from whenever I created my name. Also, pick a name that you can grow with or grow into. You have to decide what you want to be known as with your brand and make sure that it is something that you can grow with or grow into as your brand continues to grow in the products and services that you offer. STEP #2 — Decide whether to use your name or your business name. The biggest question I had and I get a lot from other entrepreneurs is should I use my name or my business name. The easiest way to answer this is to think about what you’re going to be offering.  www.YourName.com  — Are you going to be offering programs, different types of brands under your name. If you’re an expert, an author, some type of coach or speaker, then this might be a great opportunity for you to brand yourself and your business as your name. www.BusinessName.com  — If you’re going to be selling something one day like a product or specific service then you might want to choose a name that’s more fitting for your business. It would be a www.BusinessName.com versus www.YourName.com. Step #3 — Research.  You want to make sure and do research on Google search engine to see what comes up when you put your name in.  Also, you want to do research on your social media handles. Check which social media platforms that you’re going to be active on and think long-term. You might want to go ahead and grab those ahead of time. That way those don’t get taken when you decide that you do want to use them.  Social media handles are really important and you want to have a unique look and feel across all platforms. Make sure that you’re checking hashtags if there is a hashtag that you think you want to use or if somebody else is using that hashtag.  Check a domain search engine like godaddy.com. You can search for blogginbrandi.com, foodsuppliers.net, or whatever it is that you decide that you want to do, just check to see if that domain name is available, if somebody is already using it or not. You don’t want to use a name that somebody is already using. Do you need help coming up with a name? Don’t you worry. I got you covered. Resources that I’ve used are name generators. I’ve done contest sites as well as using fiver.com where you could get somebody to come up with a name for you for $5. Here are some of the Name Generators I have used: ☆Shopify - https://www.shopify.com/tools/business-name-generator ☆Wordoid - http://wordoid.com/ ☆ Hipster - http://www.hipsterbusiness.name/ Let’s review: Think long-term. Decide what key words and topic areas your business is centered around. If you’re an expert selling your knowledge then you’re going to want to use www.YourName.com If you’re going to be selling a product or service you may want to use your www.BusinessName.com. Last, research if the name is taken and what variations are already online.  ★☆★ DOWNLOAD HERE ★☆★ THE ONE HOUR STARTUP CHECKLIST http://bit.ly/bbStartUpCk For more great resources: https://youtu.be/cxeosIPTq8c and https://youtu.be/zf_LwmFi-9A and https://youtu.be/SV492RvHSB8 ★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★ Subscribe to my Channel: http://bit.ly/BBYTsub Website: http://bit.ly/WebsiteBBYT ★☆★ I’m Social ★☆★ Instagram: http://bit.ly/InstaBBYT Twitter: http://bit.ly/TwitterBBYT Facebook: http://bit.ly/FacebookBBYT Pinterest: http://bit.ly/PinterestBBYT SnapChat: @BlogginBrandi

16 Secrets Behind Famous Logos and Brand Names

10:16
The names and logos of famous brands have a secret meaning you've never heard of. Each company logo has a story behind it. Many brand names seem meaningless to us but have an interesting explanation in the language of the country they come from. “Lego” means “play well” in Danish, “Fanta” comes from German “Fantasie”, Chupa Chups was named so after the Spanish verb “chupar”, which means “to suck”, “Samsung” is Korean for “3 stars”. “Pandora” has to do with a myth of the creation of the first human woman named Pandora. As for the logos, some of them were inspired by real sights, such as the Neuschwanstein Castle in Germany for Disney. Others have historical meaning, such as the red cross from the city of Milan’s emblem, and the bloodthirsty crowned viper of the House of Visconti in Alfa Romeo’s logo. The Chupa Chups symbol as we know it was designed by super famous artist Salvador Dali himself. TIMESTAMPS Disney 0:30 Lego 1:06 Pepsi 1:33 Fanta 2:13 Chupa Chups 2:40 Nintendo 3:26 Pandora 4:01 Häagen-Dazs 4:45 Cadillac 5:25 Durex 5:55 Levi’s 6:22 eBay 6:57 Samsung 7:26 Sega 8:04 Audi 8:40 Alfa Romeo 9:20 SUMMARY -The current Disney logo was inspired by the Cinderella Castle and created in 2006. -“Lego” comes from the Danish phrase “leg godt”, which means “play well”. -Look at Pepsi’s logo from a different angle and you will get a creepy message. -Try to say “fantasy” in German to understand where the word “Fanta” comes from. -You will be surprised to know Salvador Dali designed the Chupa Chups logo. -The 3 Japanese characters “Nin-ten-do” mean “leave luck to heaven”. -“Pandora” logo with a crown promises you excellent royal quality. -If you were wondering what “Häagen-Dazs” means, you’ll be sad to find out it stands for nothing. -Cadillac was named after French explorer Sieur de Cadillac, founder of Detroit. -“Durex” stands for “durability, reliability, and excellence”. -Pay close attention to “Levi’s” logo to see what body part it’s covering. -“eBay” is the short for Echo Bay, not “Electronic Bay” as many people think. -“Sam” in Korean means “3,” and “Sung” stands for “star”. - You will be surprised to find out that SEGA stands for “Service Games of Japan.” -“Horch” means “listen” in German, and “Audi” is the same thing in Latin. -The Alfa Romeo logo has the city of Milan’s emblem and the symbol of the House of Visconti in it. 10 Unusual Company Names Explained

02:32
Check out meanings behind 10 names of companies. Let's face it. A lot of companies have strange names. Sure, often they're recognizable because the company is a famous one, but beyond than that, are they really decipherable? To help clear up some of the confusion and mystery, here are the explanations behind 10 weird ones. Number 10. Lego. This one's particularly tricky because it's in Danish and it's been shortened. The name is derived from the words leg godt, which means to play well. Number 9. Reebok. It's a variation on rhebok, the Afrikaans word for a local antelope. It was picked from a South African dictionary one of the founders won in a race as a child. Number 8. Pepsi-Cola. The drink was named both for an enzyme called pepsin to highlight the drink's superior ability to aid in digestion, and after the kola nut extract it contained. Not exactly the hip image they promote today. Number 7. Kia. For those who know how to speak Korean, this one is pretty straightforward. In the language KIA translates as 'rising Asia'. Number 6. Panera. They could have just called it pan, which in slight variations means bread in a few languages, but their vision was much grander. Instead they chose Panera, the Latin way of saying the 'time of bread', which is definitely more encompassing. Number 5. Google. If you've long thought that Google was really a subtle command to go ogle stuff on the Internet you're not alone. The name, however, is really a take on Googol, the math term for a 1 that's followed by a hundred zeros. It reflects the founders' desire to make order out of endless amounts of information. Number 4. Volkswagen. Literally, it means the people's car, but it represents the realization of a long-pursued goal in Germany. For years, automakers tried but failed to make a car all could afford. Eventually, Volkswagen succeeded. Number 3. Canon. Back when it was called the Precision Optical Instruments Laboratory, trial cameras were named Kwanon after the Buddhist goddess of mercy. When it came time to market the brand, the similar sounding option Canon came into play -- and favor -- as it means the standard by which others are judged. Number 2. Sony. A combination of Latin and slang, the name is a blend of 'sonus', the root of sound and sonic and 'sonny boy' a 1950s Japanese street term for forward-looking youth. Number 1. Nokia. The company has always been in the business of enabling communication, but when it started in 1865 their product was paper. A second mill built a few years later along the shore of Finland's Nokianvirta river resulted in the company's new name in 1871.

06:28
How to design a successful logo? How to build a famous brand for your business? Some of the most well-known logos in the world were purposefully designed to indicate something much more than simple beauty. In fact, it seems that in some cases, every line, curve, and color has meaning behind it. Adidas, Apple, BMW, Coca-Cola, Toyota… We see these famous brands everywhere but never consider what their logos exactly mean. Curious to know the secret? Watch the 16 famous logos with a hidden meaning you've never noticed. #logomeaning #logosecret # Hyundai 0:33 The letter ’Н’ symbolizes two people – a client and a representative of the company – shaking hands. Adidas 0:52 The current logo is three stripes at an angle which together form a triangle. This symbolizes a mountain, which in turn represents the challenges that all sportsmen have to overcome day after day. Apple 1:21 Rob Janoff, the designer who came up with the world-famous Apple company logo, explained his idea in one of his interviews. He bought a bag of apples, placed them in a bowl, and spent time drawing them for a week, trying to break the image down into something simple. Vaio 1:58 The first two letters of the Vaio logo symbolize an analogue wave. The last two are similar to the numbers 1 and 0 — that is, symbols of a digital signal. Amazon 2:14 The orange arrow is similar to a smile because the company wants its customers to be satisfied. The arrow is also stretched between the letters ’A’ and ’Z’, in a hint that the company sells absolutely every product you can imagine. Baskin Robbins 2:40 The pink-colored parts of the "BR" section make up the number 31, which is how many ice cream flavors Baskin Robbins used to famously sell. Toyota 2:56 The logo represents a stylized image of a needle eye with a thread passing through it. This is a hint at the company’s past – they used to produce weaving machines. Continental 3:28 Continental, a famous car tire producer, has a logo in which the first two letters depict a car wheel. Formula 1 3:41 If you look carefully at the white space between the letter ’F’ and the red stripes, you can see the number 1. Pinterest 3:59 On Pinterest, people collect images they like from across the Internet and ’pin’ them to their online boards. That’s why the image of a pin is hidden in the letter P. Beats 4:17 Beats, an audio equipment producer based in the USA, uses a logo in which the letter ’B’ looks like headphones on a person’s head. Toblerone 4:32 The famous chocolate company based in Bern, Switzerland, has a silhouette of a bear in its logo. That's because Bern is sometimes called a city of bears. BMW 4:55 The logo is simply a part of the Bavarian flag, the area of Germany where the company originated. LG 5:18 The logo is a stylized image of a person’s face. According to the company, this represents its aspiration to have human relations with their customers. Evernote 5:34 The corner of the elephant’s ear is folded over in a similar way how people fold the corner of a page to make notes. Coca-Cola 5:57 In the space between the letters ’O’ and ’L’, you can see the Danish flag. It’s purely a coincidence. Nevertheless, Coca-Cola has used this as part of its marketing campaigns in the Scandinavian country. If you’ve enjoyed this video, hit that thumbs up button! BUSINESS NAMES & ADDRESS'/NUMBERS

04:09
http://www.jessekalsi.com 888 665 6068 World Renowned AstroNumerologist/Author of "The Power Of Home Numbers". Jesse Kalsi discusses the astrology and numerology of business names and address'.The success of a business is greatly dependent on the business’s name with the right numerological vibration and a positive business address. Different kinds of businesses have different kinds of energy; for example, a food business works well with the Moon (#2) and Neptune (#7), real estate with Saturn (#8), and communications and the media with Mercury (#5). It is also extremely important that the business be born at an auspicious astrological time. The name “Microsoft” has the energy of Jupiter, the largest planet, the energy of wealth and expansion; an excellent name that has brought Microsoft financial success and a huge global presence. The address (One Microsoft Way) and Bill Gates’s date of birth (October 28, 1955) work to the great advantage of Microsoft. There couldn’t be a better combination than the #1 and #4 coming together here: #4 and #1 act like a mirror image of each other. The Sun + Uranus are magical. Apple, at 1 Infinite Loop, Cupertino, CA, is represented by the mighty Sun (the #1 in the street address) and by Neptune (#7 represented in the name “Apple”), a very mysterious kind of planetary energy. The Sun and Neptune flow in harmony; they’re very compatible energies, and this is one of the many reasons Apple has become a global company. For additional Sun influence, one need only look to Steve Jobs’ date of birth-February 24, 1955-and see that it’s an additional Sun-influenced day. Two Suns working together bring the success Apple has experienced, in harmony with its name.

How To Choose the Best Domain Names

03:24
Looking for a new domain name for your business or brand? Here's the top pieces of advice for doing just that - and what more you can do with these domains you might not know! Share this video with the following branded link: https://Rebrandly.Video/Domains When it comes to deciding on the best domain names to use for your brand, most of us don’t give it a second thought. In fact, we almost take it for granted. It’s easy to fall into the presumption that getting a domain for your business is simply for setting up a website, and nothing more. But the truth is – that’s just the tip of the iceberg! Read more here: SUBSCRIBE for more from Rebrandly: https://Rebrandly.Video/Subscribe Transcript: - When it comes to deciding the best domain names for your brand, most of us don't really give it a second thought. In fact, we probably take it for granted. It's easy to fall into the presumption that getting a domain name for your business is simply for setting up a website and nothing more. Well, in actual fact, that's just the tip of the iceberg. Now, there's nothing wrong with using a domain name you own to simply host a website and an email address. Back before the days of Web 2.0, that would have set you up nicely amongst your competitors and let people know that your brand means business. As the years have moved on, however, the potential uses for domain names has grown massively. It just doesn't make sense to simply have yourbrand.com anymore. There's a lot more out there. Choosing the right domains, yes plural, we'll get to that in a minute, can lead to increased brand awareness. From emails to links to social channels, in both online and offline advertising. So, what we here at Rebrandly have decided to do is put together some tips on choosing the best domain names for your brand and how to get the most out of them. First up, registering more than one domain name. Now when we say, "more than one," we don't mean you should go off and register yourbrand.org or yourbrand.net. There's a lot more TLDs, or top-level domains, available these days. Now these can range from .click, .link, .social to the more niche options such as .pizza, .accountant and .beer. So obviously, when it comes to deciding a domain name, you really need to focus on having more than one to increase your options. With these you can drive more traffic, promote different services and reach multiple different target markets. Next up, protecting your brand. So, you now have a collection of TLDs available at your disposal. Well done, you. Now while you might not feel the need to use them right away, there's still one very important reason to obtain them, brand protection. See, while the wide selection of top-level domains is great for variety, it also means that competitors are able to register domain names that are similar to yours. What this means is that they could potentially draw customers away from you and towards them. I mean, for example, the last thing you want is one of your competitors registering yourbrand.sucks. That's just rude. Remember, every creative domain name that you snap up is one that your competitor can't. And thirdly, get memorable domain names for custom short links. If you're still using generic URL shorteners to share links online, they probably look something like this. Not too appealing, right? And, not very memorable either. Well instead, start choosing the best domain names for your links. You know, domains that really stand out so you can create custom short URLs that feature your brand name on them. Unlike generic short URLs these links incorporate a brand's name, associating you with the content that you're sharing. This, in turn, reinforces brand awareness and strengthens brand recognition. Overall, I think we can agree that having custom domain names for your business is essential. Putting that little bit of extra time and effort into it really does make a difference. So, to recap. When choosing the best domain names for your brand focus on registering more than one domain name, protecting your brand, getting memorable domain names for your links. It's really that easy. But anyway, that's it for now. Do you have any tips when it comes to choosing domain names? Let us know in the comments below and we'll see ya next time. Hey everyone, thanks very much for watching this video. We hope you enjoyed it. Domain names, domain name. Who doesn't love a good domain name? I know I do.
