How to START a FREELANCE BUSINESS from SCRATCH (Video #1)

02:59
Do you wanna know how to start a Freelance business as a web professional, but you’re just not quite sure how to get started? Well, you’re in the right place. I’m Brad Hussey. I’ve been a professional freelancer for the better part of a decade, and I’ve put together a free video series over the next few weeks all about Getting Started as a Freelancer! Today, I’m going to give you SIX simple steps you can actually do TODAY, to give your freelance biz the kick in the arse it needs. STEP ONE: Ask yourself WHY you want to do this. What’s your MAIN REASON for wanting to become a freelancer? Is it freedom? Earning potential? Time with family? What is it for you? Write it down. STEP TWO: Set a GOAL. Must be BIG, SPECIFIC, TIME BOUND. For example. I want to Earn $50k as a Freelancer by the end of 2018. STEP THREE: Reverse engineer your goal by working backward. For example: $50k in 24 months = $2,084/mo. Which means you need to do 4 projects x $520 each month or 2 projects x $1042 each month. Write it down. Plan it out. STEP FOUR: Break it down into actionable, tangible steps. There’s a great book called The ONE Thing by Gary Keller. It says in order to achieve your ONE Thing (Your GOAL in this case)… Ask yourself, What do you need to do THIS YEAR in order to achieve your ONE Thing? What do you need to do This MONTH? This WEEK? TODAY? RIGHT NOW? Write it all down so you know EXACTLY what do to at each step of the way. STEP FIVE: Create a system to Kill procrastination. Great video by Tim Ferriss on Big Think, he says... Break your goal down into tiny, ridiculously simple tasks, that are so easy to complete that you have no choice but to do it. For example: How do you make $50k as a freelancer this year? Book $4200 / mo in gigs… Go smaller! Book one client first. Smaller still… Contact 50 people. Even smaller… Email ONE person! Create reminders to email ONE person each hour, build on top of that. Each step you take builds on top of the other. Eventually, you're emailing leads, booking clients, building a business. STEP SIX: Just START! Right now. GO! No more waiting. Catch you in the next video! Subscribe if you haven't already! --- DOWNLOAD THE 7-STEP FREELANCING ROADMAP If you'd like some help getting your freelance business up and running, download my Free 7-Step Freelancing Roadmap at ... http://www.bradhussey.ca/7steproadmap It's a free guide for those who desire to start a freelance business from scratch but have no experience, no clients and no idea where to start. You'll get a complimentary 68 page eBook, plus a 7-day email course that takes you by the hand, and sheds light on what it takes to get YOUR freelance business off the ground! --- SHOW NOTES: The ONE Thing: http://www.bradhussey.ca/onething Tim Ferriss on Procrastination: https://youtu.be/4a9GTtTUsIc

Code a Responsive Website with Bootstrap 3 - [Lecture 25] Styling the Footer with CSS

Lecture #25: In this lecture, we style the footer with CSS. =========== Please Donate: =========== To help me create more free courses, please donate any amount you wish: https://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_s-xclick&hosted_button_id=CGCLFARTMMBMQ ================= More about this course: ================= ============== Code Responsively ============== Do you want to learn how to build a responsive, mobile-friendly and beautiful website using HTML5, CSS3 and jQuery? Look no further! You're in the right place. ====================== A Simple Step-by-Step Guide ====================== This course is a simple, step-by-step tutorial that will arm you with the appropriate skills and knowledge to start building your very own responsive websites using the newly released Twitter Bootstrap 3 — a popular, free, mobile-first, open-source framework. ========== Dive Right In ========== We will dive into hand-coding custom responsive layouts, sliding carousels, beautiful buttons, device-specific elements, scalable font icons, and so much more! This course includes all HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, and even Photoshop files for you to use for free in your own websites & applications. What are you waiting for? Let's get ahead of the game and get started right now! ===================== Check out the Final Product ===================== View the website you will be building in this course by visiting this link on your mobile device: http://bradhussey.ca/course/bootstrap/ ======================= What My Students Are Saying ======================= Ground breaking (and simple) web creation. Wow. What's the most expensive website on the Internet? Facebook? Twitter? Because when you finish this course you will have hand-coded a webpage that looks and functions JUST like the most impressive and intuitive websites that once took programmers thousands of hours to code. Bootstrap 3 is RIDICULOUSLY straight-forward. These videos are well created, concise, fast-paced, easy to follow, and just funny enough to keep you chuckling as you're slamming out lines of code. I've taken 3 courses from this instructor. Whenever I have questions he is right there with a simple solution or a helpful suggestion to keep me going forward with the course work. If you haven't done any coding before (or need to get brushed up on HTML) this guy's HTML course is a bit slower and more in depth as to how the entry level code works. This Bootstrap course assumes that you're well-versed in HTML and runs with it. My only complaint is that I now have to go back and re-do ALL my websites... because this course info is just too good to pass up. ;) - Brennan Cuff, http://www.theuniversitybarbershop.com/

Click to tweet this episode: http://ctt.ec/XUj6o A very common question for many people looking to jump into the world of freelancing as a web developer is: Which coding languages should I learn? Should I learn all of them? In this episode of the 1-Minute Freelancer, I expose the myth of needing to know all of the coding languages in order to be a successful freelance web developer. How to choose a FREELANCE NICHE! (Video #2)

03:18
You need to know 2 things when it comes to finding your freelance niche... 1) Your Audience Niche 2) Your Expertise Niche Here's how you determine both of them! AUDIENCE NICHE Alright, you need to know your audience. This one is easy. I'm going to ask you a few questions... What do YOU LOVE doing or being a part of?...Skiing? Hiking? Fine dining? Helping animals? Come up with 5 CLEAR answers! Alright... out of those 5 things... pick 3 of them that can most likely translate into a business opportunity (i.e. If you love fine dining, are there fine dining establishments in your city? If you love helping animals, are there organizations in your area?, etc.) Also, keep in mind which of these are theoretically going to have a marketing budget (Law firm vs. Small non-profit organization) Now of those 3 things, which ONE of them would best benefit from the services you hope to offer? Before you answer that question, you need to know your expertise niche...so let's jump into that, then come back to this question... EXPERTISE NICHE You should know exactly the types of services you are able to offer. You should offer only what you are able to deliver at a very high level of proficiency. Sure, you can be the guy/gal who offers "everything", but are you able to truly deliver everything at high quality and value? If not, don't. In order to help you decide what kind of freelance business you're going to build, you need to find out your PRIMARY FOCUS... How do you do that? I use a system called, POWER + PASSION + PROFIT POWER: This is what you're really GOOD at. Let's say "seeing growth opportunities in new businesses" PASSION: This is what you LOVE doing. Let's say "making WordPress sites" PROFIT: This is what your AUDIENCE is willing to pay for. Let's say "Marketing solutions to acquire new leads." Remember the 3 different audiences you came up with a few minutes ago? Test EACH of them in the PROFIT section. Which of the 3 would be most willing to pay for your EXPERTISE niche? THAT should be your AUDIENCE. BAM! Your primary focus should be a mix of your POWER + PASSION + PROFIT. Don't just offer "Web Design Services"... Be specific, with this formula... "In my business, I offer [SPECIFIC SERVICE] to [AUDIENCE] that [MEASUREABLE RESULT]" For example... "I offer EASY TO EDIT WORDPRESS WEBSITES to LAW FIRMS that CONVERT TRAFFIC INTO LEADS" --- In summary... Determine your AUDIENCE niche + Uncover your EXPERTISE niche + Smash the two together to see if they'll work! If you wanna dig further into determining your freelance niche, download my free 7-step freelancing roadmap at ... http://www.bradhussey.ca/7steproadmap Make sure you subscribe so you don't miss the next episode, which will be all about finding that first freelance client!

Where to FIND your first PAID FREELANCE CLIENT! (Video #3)

04:28
It's been said that you need to secure 3 paying clients in order to know if your business will succeed, or not. I don't think 3 is a catch-all magic number, but the idea is if you convince 3 different people to pay you money for your services, you're probably on to something. The most common question I'm asked by new freelancers is "where do I find clients?". To run a successful business, you need clients or customers! Let's jump in and learn 4 different methods for finding your first 3 paying clients... METHOD ONE: Your Immediate Connections When you’re just starting out, your immediate connections are the very first place to look. Start with your friends, family, colleagues, classmates, etc. There is bound to be somebody in your immediate connections who either needs your services or knows somebody who needs your services. Begin by letting them know that you’ve started a freelance web design business (if they don’t already know), you’re looking to build your portfolio, and wondering if they could use your services. Also, ask if they know anybody who could use your help. If they do, ask for an introduction. METHOD TWO: Local Businesses Your next plan of action is to step outside of your immediate connections and look to local businesses. Even in a small town, there are plenty of opportunities to start a relationship that could lead to a new client or a referral source. Some local businesses to look for may include coffee shops, restaurants, dentists, chiropractors, dog groomers, landscapers, lawyers, accountants, etc. TIP: START WITH BUSINESSES YOU ALREADY FREQUENT! There are so many businesses you interact with and frequent on a regular basis in your city. You’re already a customer of theirs, and you may even be acquainted with the employees. Since you’re a familiar face, it makes it that much easier to strike up conversation and ask questions like “how’s business?”, “have you experienced any struggles with X?”, “how many new customers does your website send you each month?”, etc. Learn more about their business, listen, discover their challenges. When it’s your turn to talk, say "you know, I think I know how I can help you solve that problem. Do you have time for coffee next Tuesday at 11?" TIP: FIND BUSINESSES THAT MATCH YOUR INTERESTS Do you like surfing? Hiking? Creating art? Are you a foodie? Do you race horses? Drive exotic cars? Are you in a L.A.R.P. group? Think of your own interests and hobbies, and look for businesses, events, or groups of people that match your interests. Another way to think about it: what businesses would you actually enjoy networking and hanging out with? Chances are you’ll be more passionate and fulfilled if you work with businesses you stand behind, and people you relate to. Frequent the businesses, casually connect with the manager or owner. Learn all about their business, what’s working, what’s not, ask questions. Schedule a coffee or phone meeting. METHOD THREE: Networking & Conferences Conferences and networking meetups are great ways to make connections and grow your list of leads. One of the cool things about networking is that you can get started almost right away, find an event in your local area, and meet with people — business owners, entrepreneurs, other designers, etc. You can network with people in your own industry, make some connections, build some relationships and possibly get some referrals — possibly even some advice from somebody who has more experience than you. Conferences are a great place to build relationships, get some emails, phone numbers and grow a list of leads to follow up with. Conventions will likely have dozens of vendors (or more) related to the industry the convention is about, looking for business. Find a vendor, buy something, talk to them, ask questions, learn about their business, the challenges they experience, then introduce yourself, exchange business cards and try to schedule a follow up with them. If you don’t get a follow up on the spot, take their business card home and follow up with them later! --- DOWNLOAD THE 7-STEP FREELANCING ROADMAP If you want to learn even more ways, in much deeper detail, how to book your first 3 paid clients, download my free 7-step freelancing roadmap at... http://www.bradhussey.ca/7steproadmap Make sure you subscribe so you don't miss the next episode, which will be all about creating an onboarding system to capture new leads!

How to GET PAID as a FREELANCER (Video #8)

02:31
Before you start any project, get a deposit. It could be 25%, 50%, or a flat fee -- depending on the project. That's a rule. Make that your policy. Clients who won't pay you a deposit are going to be a pain in the ass later. That's step 1 to ensuring you get paid. Once you’ve completed your project, received and implemented the last item of feedback, and both you and the client are happy with the final result, you need to get an official “sign-off” on the project. A sign off says the client is happy with your work, and the project is officially complete. Any changes, updates, or new requests will cost additional money. This protects you from the client milking you for every last drop. Sign up for a free HelloSign account at: http://bradhussey.ca/hellosign ...and create a sign off form. You can easily send the form to your client, and they can digitally sign the document. After receiving official sign off, request your final payment BEFORE you hand everything over and launch the project! Receiving a deposit upfront is a good indication the client is serious, but you can never be too careful about receiving final payment. You will have outlined in your contract that you’ll require final payment in order to hand everything over, so it shouldn’t come as a surprise to your client when you ask for final payment in order to launch. There you have it... Get everything in writing. Sign a contract. Get a deposit BEFORE starting anything. Sign off when the project is complete. Get your final cheque before handing over the project. You win, the client wins. --- Thank you SO much for hanging out with me the past few weeks. We learned all about starting our freelance business from scratch, deciding on an expertise and audience niche, where to find your first paid client, onboarding new leads, tools of the trade, dealing with difficult clients, crafting a portfolio, and finally how to get paid! What Does PHP Do? [#3] Code Dynamic Websites with PHP

01:09
Lecture 3: What does PHP do? PHP can do a whole bunch of really neat things, such as: Access information typed into a web form and do something with it, like: Send an email, navigate to a specific page based on the info submitted in the form, create a user account, log a user in, etc. Find out what browser and operating system your visitors are using. Display alternate versions of a web page to users who are using mobile devices, or specific browsers (like Internet Explorer). Do math! And most importantly (in my opinion), create templates for your website so you don't have to hand-code your headers, footers, and sidebars for every single page! There is so much that PHP can do, but I don't want to go into all the details right now, because I'd like to show you by jumping right in — I think it's much more fun that way! Sass vs. CSS: Which is Faster!? Let's race them and see.

01:36
What if I told you that for every single hour you spent coding, you could have saved 20 minutes by using Sass... Let's extrapolate that: if you are hired for a web design project that takes you 50 hours to style in CSS, you could have finished styling it in 33 hours. That's a 150% improvement! Would you believe me if I told you that was the truth? I did some experiments to see how much more efficient Sass really was, and if it was even efficient at all! Well, the results are in. I've put together a fun little video where I style the exact same landing page in CSS vs. Sass, and I race them side-by-side... Tell me, what would YOU do with a 150% improvement in productivity? Join me and learn Sass in The Sass Course! Use the link below to get $30 off enrollment: http://codecollege.ca/p/learn-sass/?coupon_code=YOUTUBE

Include THESE THINGS in your PORTFOLIO... (Video #7)

04:40
They are your 24-hour business card, they showcase your best work, and they are a lead generation machine... Web professionals, consultants, graphic designs, musicians, and freelancers all need portfolios. I'm gonna give you a few tips to get YOUR portfolio up and running, and working for YOU.... TIP 1: Just put something up! Freelancers put off creating a portfolio because they want it to be perfect. But it's never going to be perfect. And you will never find the time to make it perfect. So, it will never launch. The solution? JUST PUT SOMETHING UP for goodness sake... A quick & dirty landing page with some text, and a contact link. A video of yourself on the landing page. You can even buy a landing page HTML template on ThemeForest, throw it up on your domain, and call it a day! It's better than nothing. TIP 2: Ask yourself these 3 questions when building a portfolio 1) Who are your serving? Think about your expertise and customer niche. Decide your Primary Focus and Make a Client Avatar. 2) What is your GOAL for your portfolio? Think about the PURPOSE of your portfolio. What are you hoping to get out of having a portfolio? What steps are you going to take to achieve those goals. Think of your END GOAL, and work backward to create a step by step plan for building it the right way. 3) How are you adding VALUE? Think about your PRIMARY call to action. Have you designed a conversion funnel? How is your sales copy on your website? Do you have a list-building (or lead generation) strategy in place? Notice how none of these things are about how PRETTY your portfolio is? Approach your portfolio from the angle of getting clients, NOT making them think "ooooh pretty things"... TIP 3: What should you include in your portfolio? 6 THINGS... 1) A logo & unique value proposition. Your logo and branding is the first thing your visitor will see. Your unique value proposition conveys how you solve your client's problem. "We help [achieve X] for [audience] by [doing Y]". 2) A showcase of your work. You should highlight the most valuable and impactful work first. Remember, paid client work with testimonials are BEST. If you don't have that yet... Pro-bono projects with Testimonials will suffice. The Testimonial is KEY. 3) An ABOUT page. You're a person. People like people. Write up a short, and relevant bio about yourself. Don't just talk about how you like to ride horses and play guitar in your spare time --- personality is great, but you're trying to get a client, not a pen pal. Include a photo of your face. People like faces. A video is even better (if you're comfortable with it). 4) A services/products page. Highlight how you serve your clients. How do you achieve results? Focus on benefits (not features)! 5) A lead magnet. Offer something of value in exchange for an email. A free worksheet, checklist, video tutorial series, etc.) Once you get the email, send a weekly automated follow-up series that focuses on helping them and adding more value. After a few emails, ask to schedule a free 10-minute consultation to talk about their project. You can do all of this automagically with ConvertKit. 6) A contact page. Of course... you need to give potential clients an easy way to get in touch with you. Make your contact form easy and fun to fill out. Ask a few simple questions about their project. TIP 4: Use professional examples and inspiration. If you're having a hard time thinking about how to design your portfolio, what style you should go for, unique ways to display projects, and so on... Just look at world-class examples of portfolios, and use them as inspiration for your portfolio. There's no need to try to drum up the perfect portfolio from thin air! What is PHP? [#2] Code Dynamic Websites with PHP

01:25
Lecture 2: What is PHP? PHP is one of the most (if not the most popular) server-side programming language on the web today, with more than 240 million websites using it (as of January 2013 — according to Wikipedia). Websites like Google, Apple, Facebook and YouTube utilize PHP. Popular Content Management Systems (CMS) like Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla and Expression Engine all rely on PHP. PHP stands for "Hypertext Preprocessor" — I know, right? I don't get it either... PHP can be used as a stand-alone programming language to create robust applications, or it can be used within HTML code to create dynamic websites (which is the goal of this course). PHP runs on a "server", and in order to use PHP on your own computer when developing a website, you'll need to have a server installed on your machine — don't worry about this part, it's quick & painless to get set up, and it doesn't cost you a penny. I'll be covering the tools you'll need in an upcoming lecture. Also, I will be frequently referencing PHP.net throughout the duration of this course, and I recommend you bookmark it for easy access. Stay tuned, because in the next lecture I'll give you a quick rundown of some of the cool things PHP can do! See you there! DOWNLOAD COURSE FILES HERE http://www.bradhussey.ca/download-php-course

Defining Constants [#10] Code Dynamic Websites with PHP

03:26
Lecture 10: Defining Constants A constant is similar to a variable in the sense that you can store information in a keyword that can be used throughout your web page. However, the value of a constant cannot be changed, unlike a variable. It's literally "constant". It's also worth noting that constants are case-sensitive and are written in ALL CAPS by convention. Here's how you define a constant in PHP: define("TITLE", "Defining Constants"); To display a constant on your page, you can echo it using PHP, like this: echo TITLE; DOWNLOAD COURSE FILES HERE http://www.bradhussey.ca/download-php-course

Pro Tip: Why you should NEVER remove your CSS Outline!

02:39
Many web designers hate the ugly blue "outline" style on links and buttons — this is especially common with designers using the Bootstrap framework. How do you remove the outline? Well, it's very easy using CSS. But the real issue is: you should NEVER remove them! Why? Because the outline provides visual feedback for users who may be using a keyboard for navigation, or a different navigation device. The outline is there for accessibility purposes, and if you remove this simple style, you make it impossible for those with visual impairment or other disabilities to navigate the web. It's kind of like if you were at your favourite restaurant, and you saw a ramp that made the restaurant wheelchair accessible, but then thought "that ramp is ugly, let's get rid of it." Embrace accessibility! Just like "mobile first", why not make your sites "accessible first" as well? Check out the website www.outlinenone.com - it's a great resource on the subject of removing the outline, and what you can do instead of removing it altogether. Cheers & Happy (Accessible) Coding! How to ONBOARD new FREELANCE LEADS! (Video #4)

04:47
Automating the entire new client process into a refined onboarding experience saves you a ton of time, shows the client you’re professional, and acts as a filtering process to weed out bad clients so you only work with the best clients. You see, not all clients are good clients. Ever heard of the 80/20 principle? Well, it usually works out that 20% of your clients generate 80% of your income. These are higher quality clients who pay more, have more interesting projects, and they’re generally easier to work with. Focus on attracting the high quality 20% You do this by setting expectations, and essentially giving a new client a few "hoops" to jump through. Send them through a set of automated filters. If a client can’t make it through your introductory questions and requirements, they are displaying behaviour that might show up later in the project, and they probably aren’t a good match. Typically at the very beginning of getting in touch with a prospective client, there is a lot of wasted time going back and forth via email. The client has questions, you have questions, you both wait for one another to respond, and this can take the better part of a week — remember, all of this is unpaid, and you haven’t even signed them on as a client yet! With every prospective client, you’ll have the same handful of questions & requirements - if you don’t automate this process, you’ll waste hours every single time a potential gig comes your way. So, how do you automate this process? You don't need expensive software, or tons of fancy tools... in it's simplest form, you can write a text document with Standard Operating Procedures that tell you exactly what to do, what to ask the client, pre-populated scripts you can copy & paste, etc. You just need to have a SYSTEM you put every single new lead through. Once you have determined your SYSTEM, you can then incorporate some software to literally automate the process, as if robots were running your business for you! Let me show you exactly how to create your own new client on-boarding workflow so that you can save a ton of time, and book only the best clients. --- If you want to learn more about creating an automated onboarding system in your freelance business, download my free 7-step freelancing roadmap at: http://www.bradhussey.ca/7steproadmap Make sure you subscribe so you don't miss the next episode, which will be all about the different tools you can incorporate in your freelance business! How to DEAL with DIFFICULT CLIENTS! (Video #6)

04:31
What is a difficult client? They ignore signing a contract, they don’t pay on time, refuse to pay a deposit, and have unreasonable demands. I call these clients RED FLAGS. How do you see red flags prior to agreeing to work with them? How do you set boundaries? How do you fire them if you have to? The best way to deal with difficult clients is to avoid them altogether! You do this by pre-qualifying clients for your business. Not all clients are good for you. So you need to create a filtering system that weeds out the bad apples. How do you pre-qualify clients? First, know who your target client is. Your second step in pre-qualification is your RFP form — or Project Planner questionnaire. Be very specific about what you’re asking them, their project details, their timeline, even budget. You should be able to see who’s good and who’s not based on the detail of their answers. If they fail to provide important information, they’re not for you. Let them know you’re not a good fit. Third, booking a consultation. It could be free, or a paid road mapping session. If they are willing to jump on a call, or even pay you a small fee to flesh out the project a bit first, then you’re on the right track. Fourth, pricing. If your price is low, you’re going to attract lower quality clients. If you price high, you’ll filter out a lot of them. High price doesn’t necessarily mean good client — keep that in mind; there are still leeches with money. --- If you'd like to know more about dealing with difficult clients, and creating a system to book only the best clients for your business, download my free 7-Step Freelancing Roadmap at: http://bradhussey.ca/7steproadmap Make sure you subscribe so you don't miss next week's episode, which will be all about portfolios! PHP Variables [#8] Code Dynamic Websites with PHP

03:11
Lecture 8: PHP Variables Think of a variable as a bucket. Literally, a bucket. That bucket can hold stuff in it — like food, or dirt. In PHP, variables are buckets, but instead of holding food or dirt, they hold information — like numbers, text, images, or logic! All you need to know at this point is that variables are buckets that store information for later use. We'll get to how we actually use the variables in an upcoming lecture. The basic syntax of a variable is a dollar sign ($) directly followed by a variable name (using text, with no spaces), then an equal sign, followed by the contents of the variable, ending with a semi-colon. Ex: $variable_name = 'my first variable'; There are 4 basic variable types, and each type of variable (or "bucket") is meant to hold specific information. Watch the lecture or download the PDF to learn what the 4 basic variable types are.

How to create 30 projects in 30 days with CSS3! [Free Coding Challenge]

04:42
LAUNCHES CHRISTMAS DAY 2017! GET ON THE WAITING LIST: https://bradhussey.ca/css3 ~ What is the best way to learn a new skill (or improve a current one)? a) Read lots of books b) Think about it a lot c) Jump in and do it. If you guessed "Jump in and do it", you'd be correct! While spending time understanding theory is important for learning a skill; getting your hands dirty, practicing, and immersing yourself in the thing you're learning will yield much better results. Want to learn a new language? Speak it. Want to learn how to play a game? Play it. Want to learn a sport? Practice it. Want to learn to be funny? Tell jokes. (I can tell you from experience that, by using this method, my success rate has improved my humour! Now I only bomb a joke 8 times out of 10...) Want to learn how to code? Start building things. A lot of things. Here's the catch... If you have no direction, no roadmap, no end-goal in mind, and nobody to hold you accountable, the best case scenario is you'll incrementally improve your ability, and worst case scenario is you'll fail. Which is why I created this brand new course, CSS3 in 30 Days! Each day for the next 30 days, you and I will build a new project in plain, vanilla CSS3 without the use of templates, frameworks or plugins. By the end of the 30 days, you'll have a strong grasp on CSS3, and more importantly, the knowledge, ability and confidence to start using CSS3 in your own projects. "Who is CSS3 in 30 Days for?" Web Designers & Web Developers who are just starting out, or have Intermediate Level experience with CSS and want to have a strong grasp on CSS3 without relying on Frameworks, Code Snippets, Templates or Plugins. "What do I get when I join?" - Free access to the course - 1 new project challenge each day for 30 days - 30+ total HD videos "Can I access everything at once?" The course videos and challenges are unlocked each day for 30 days. If you'd like to access everything at once, you can simply join the Code College Membership and unlock all 30 days (plus access every course in the library). Get your first month for $5 here (https://bradhussey.ca/gimmecss3/) "Why is this free?" I spent a total of 1 year planning, creating, coding, filming and editing this course from beginning to end. The quality of this course matches most of my higher priced courses, and some might say I should be charging for this course. But I wouldn't be where I am today if it weren't for free tutorials! Free tutorials helped me learn some of the most important skills I know, and free tutorials are what put me "on the map", so to speak. This is why I wanted to create some of my best work and give it to you completely free. As a thank you gift. So let's get started, shall we? Join the waiting list (https://bradhussey.ca/css3) ...Or join the Code College Membership and instantly unlock all 30 days once the course launches on Christmas Day! https://bradhussey.ca/gimmecss3

06:30
Lecture #20: In this lecture, we code the HTML and jQuery for the Bootstrap 3 "tooltip" and "popover" within the Modal window.
